With a Passion for customer centric UX/UI and CX, I have led teams and created product design, brand strategies and digital media content for startups, fintechs and companies like UBS, Salesforce, Bank of America, Keynote, Guidewire, Sunverge and Apple Pay.
With over 14 years of experience in Agile digital product design, my aim is to to create a seamless and intuitive link between customers and their needs with business goals by delivering creative and strategic design solutions. When I'm not creating for others, you'll find me writing songs on a beat-up vintage electric guitar, making drawing and sketches on paper or my iPad, or building things with my son. When I'm not creating things, I'll be reading lots of real books, swimming, hiking or at home taking online courses to expand my knowledge.

I help create the ideal user journey through thoughtful understanding of the persona's needs, through clear interactive design, UX, strategic thinking, problem solving and a versatile set of strong visual skills. I thrive on taking users to their goal through the path of least resistance in every aspect of my work.
I enjoy working closely with engineers, front-end developers, UX writers, UX strategists, agile teams, acceptance and usability testing, working through iterations to continuously improve digital products.
